Marcin Mrowicki is a human rights lawyer currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Legislative Department of Criminal Law. He holds the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Warsaw, specialising in Human Rights Protection and European Law. Previously he worked in the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights at the Criminal Law Department.
