National Broadcasting Council (KRiT)

Economist, media expert, and university lecturer. Doctor of Political Science (1985), Doctor of Humanities in the field of political science (1998), Professor at the University of Warsaw (2004). He is a co-author of the first Broadcasting Act of 1992. Since 2016, he has been the author of annually published reports on advertising expenditure of state-owned companies, ministries and central offices. He is a member of the National Broadcasting Council for the term 2022-2028.
